Security Statement

eCommerSync takes care to protect client data and the account access that clients entrust to us. This page explains how we handle that data.

What data we access

With a client's authorization, we access the Amazon advertising and selling-partner data needed to manage their campaigns. This includes campaign settings, advertising performance, keyword and search term reports, and listing and sales data.

Access control

Only eCommerSync team members who need the data to do their work can see it. Each team member uses their own individual login, and we never share logins between people.

Incident reporting

If we discover unauthorized access to client data, we will contain it, notify affected clients, and report it to Amazon within 24 hours of detection.
