Data Retention and Deletion Policy

This policy explains how long eCommerSync keeps client data from Amazon and how a client can ask us to delete it.

What we keep

We keep Amazon data only for as long as we need it to manage a client's account and report on results.

How long we keep it

While an engagement is active, we keep the working data and reports needed to manage the account. After an engagement ends, we delete the client's Amazon data within 90 days. Billing records, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Deletion requests

A client can ask us to delete their data at any time by emailing hello@ecommersync.com. We will confirm the request and delete the data, then confirm in writing once it is done.

No resale

We do not sell client data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than serving that client.
